I qualified as a Hypnotherapist and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner in 1992, and since that time have been committed to helping clients achieve the positive changes and potential they desire
as swiftly and effectively as possible. I also hold a Certificate in Hypnotherapeutic Supervision (awarded by NCFE in association with the National Council for Hypnotherapy).
As a Senior Clinician, Accredited Supervisor and Accredited Member of the NCH (National Council for Hypnotherapy), I am bound by a comprehensive Code of Ethics and Practice, which includes strict confidentiality, and I continue to undergo regular training and supervision.
In 1977 I also qualified as a Yoga Teacher and have worked for Brighton Natural Health Centre, Adult Education and privately, and am the author of the book
" Secrets of Yoga " (Pub.Dorling Kindersley).

In particular, I specialise in assisting Clients to overcome PHOBIAS and PANIC/ANXIETY attacks, deal with STRESS and the symptoms of IBS (irritable bowel syndrom). I also work with many clients who suffer with INSOMNIA to regain desired quality-sleep patterns.
Since beginning my practice of Hypnotherapy and NLP I have enjoyed helping many clients from Brighton/Hove, Worthing and Storrington areas as well as Gatwick and Crawley to become NON SMOKERS and kick the smoking habit.
