About NLP

NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) is, in essence, about the way we filter our experience of the outside world through our five senses; seeing, hearing, feeling, tasting and smelling. We use those same inner senses both intentionally and unintentionally to achieve the results we desire in our everyday lives. It's about how we think, imagine or perceive things. And the way we think, together with patterns of belief then determine what we do and achieve in our lives.

It has been described as the Art and Science of Personal Excellence. By following models of thought and behaviour we can achieve desired outcomes and results in our lives. Again, in essence, NLP may be described as an attitude, a set of skills, techniques and empowering principles which combine to offer us the possibility of excellence in every area of our lives. It is used to effect powerful, sustainable and meaningful change in many areas of daily life including business, training and education, health, sport and therapy.

In the therapeutic environment it can bring about swift and empowering changes allowing us to move forward and achieve the results we want in order to improve the quality of our lives.
